When you first walk into this five-star setup on 8th Avenue, you immediately get why people rave about BGC – there’s just this energy here that feels different from the rest of the metro. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, and from the higher floors (which, let’s be honest, is what you want), the views stretch all the way to Makati’s skyline and beyond.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this residential vibe while still feeling upscale. The suites – and they really are proper suites, not just hotel rooms with a fancy name – have these floor-to-ceiling windows that make the whole space feel massive. You know what I loved? The kitchen setup actually works. I’m talking full-sized appliances, enough counter space to spread out, the kind of setup where you could legitimately cook if you wanted to skip the restaurant scene for a night. The living areas flow naturally too, none of that awkward hotel furniture arrangement where you’re bumping into coffee tables. And the beds – honestly, I slept better here than I do at home most nights.

The location is where this place really shines though. You’re walking distance from High Street, which means you’ve got everything from local eats to high-end shopping without dealing with Manila traffic. I actually found myself just wandering around the area in the evenings because BGC is one of the few places in the metro where you can actually do that safely and enjoyably. The weekend markets are right there, and if you’re into the nightlife scene, you’re basically at ground zero. What I didn’t expect was how quiet it gets inside – Taguig can get pretty buzzy, especially around the business district, but the soundproofing here is solid. I barely heard any street noise, even facing the main avenue. The staff knows their stuff too, not just the usual scripted responses you get at chain hotels. They actually gave me useful local tips, like which nearby restaurants to hit during off-peak hours and the best times to grab a taxi without waiting forever. Sure, it’s pricier than your typical Manila hotel, but when you factor in the space, the location, and honestly just the peace of mind of staying somewhere that feels this well-run, it makes sense. If you’re doing business in BGC or just want to experience this side of the city without the usual Manila hotel headaches, this is your spot.

  Location is perfect. Close to everything. Front desk staff are nice and helpful including the security guard. Help us figure out how to access our room.
  
  What could be improved: The room is not as advertised! It is supposed to have a1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 queen bed. Instead there’s only a bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. They were 4 of us. My oldest sister who is 71 year old and my sister in law who is 51 had to share a sofa for 2 nights. Their feet were hanging off the sofa so they pretty much slept curled up sideways! They provided a single/twin foam which didn’t help much as there’s not much space. We were hoping to get plenty of rest prior to our long flight back to U.S. but instead my two family members were exhausted not being able to rest properly. they also claim there’s a view but there isn’t! It was covered by the headboard from wall to wall. The entire condo is very dark inside as well. Lighting is insufficient! This is by far the worst stay I ever booked with booking.com. I trusted the description but they were all a lie!

  What could be improved: The room was booked at 11PM and paid at the same time.
  
  This house is an apartment, so you need to get a room number if you want to move in.
  
  To obtain the room number, you can only contact the landlord. Because the Booking platform will not display the room number, and the host cannot be contacted anyway.
  
  So I didn't check in in the end because I couldn't check in, but the money paid will not be refunded.
  
  In other words, this is a deception. Both the platform and the landlord deceived me.
  
  The problem with Booking is that if I can’t check in at 11PM, why can I find a room, choose a time, and pay for it?
  
  The problem for the landlord was that there was no way to contact him, but he still got paid.
  
  So never book an apartment.

  A Empresa Administradora é péssima e não faz uma boa manutenção do Quarto.
  O ralo do box do chuveiro estava entupido e o banheiro ficava sempre alagado !
  Não tínhamos para quem recorrer, foi Horrível ….
