I’ll be honest, Urban Style Chill, Shore 3, MOA Complex, Pasay, Manila wasn’t on my radar until a friend who works in the area insisted I check it out. You know what? She was right. This four-star spot sits right on Pea Road, and while that might not sound glamorous, it’s actually brilliant positioning if you know Pasay.

The thing about this hotel is that it gets the whole MOA Complex vibe without the insane crowds that plague the main drag. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from SM Mall of Asia – probably a seven-minute stroll if you don’t get distracted by the street food vendors along the way. But here’s what I really appreciated: the hotel feels like its own little bubble. The lobby has this modern, almost minimalist thing going on that actually works. None of that over-the-top gold and marble nonsense you see everywhere else. The staff genuinely seemed to care too, which honestly surprised me given how busy this area gets.

The rooms are where this place really shines though. Everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together. The beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete – and the air conditioning actually works without sounding like a freight train. I stayed on the eighth floor and could barely hear the traffic, which is saying something considering you’re right in the heart of everything. The bathroom setup is smart too; they’ve got this rainfall shower that has decent pressure, and there’s enough counter space that you don’t have to play Tetris with your toiletries. What I found refreshing was the little details – like having enough electrical outlets that aren’t hidden behind furniture, and blackout curtains that actually block light. The view isn’t going to win any awards, but you catch glimpses of Manila Bay if you crane your neck, and honestly, the cityscape has its own energy that’s kind of mesmerizing at night. The whole place just feels like someone actually stayed in hotel rooms before designing this one, you know? With an 8.6 rating, it’s clear other travelers are picking up on the same vibe – this is one of those places that does the fundamentals really well without trying to be something it’s not.

  We like the 2 queen size beds, provision of towels, soap, mattresses is good, complimentary 2 small coffee sachets.
  
  What could be improved: We did not like the dust on top of refrigerator and in the microwave. Most likely this is due to the no filter was installed in the aircon or the filter itself has a lot of accumulated dust

  The room is spacious and clean. It's also close to restaurants and MOA. The host is nice and accommodating. Stephanie allowed us to leave the unit at 1:30 p.m. so we can transition smoothly to our next destination.

  It’s near MOA and shopping area. The staff was very responsive and really nice.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that made me uncomfortable in the room was there’s no aircon inside the room, but there’s one in the living area. Also, there’s an uncomfortable space near the ceiling that is not good for couple, especially if you are with a lot of friends staying.
