The kitchen area actually has counter space (revolutionary, I know), and the bathroom doesn’t require contortionist skills to navigate.

Here’s the thing about staying in Novaliches that most people don’t realize – you’re close enough to hit up SM North or Trinoma when you need that mall fix, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the constant traffic headache of the main QC corridors. Quirino Highway can get busy during rush hour, sure, but it’s nothing like the nightmare of EDSA. Plus, there’s something nice about ending your day somewhere that doesn’t have jeepneys honking outside your window until 2 AM. The Trees Residences complex itself has decent security and that whole planned community vibe – you’ll see families walking around in the evenings, kids on bikes, that sort of thing. It’s almost suburban, which feels rare in Metro Manila. The only minor thing I’d mention is that you’ll want to stock up on groceries and essentials during your first trip out, since the immediate area is more residential than commercial. But honestly, that’s part of what makes it peaceful – you’re staying where actual people live, not in some tourist bubble.

  This property is a home away from home. And you can’t beat the location. It’s a walking distance to many places: malls, banks, eateries, fast food restaurants, stores, etc. There’s also a convenient store right by the entrance of the complex where you can buy groceries, snacks, drinks, household supplies, etc. This store is open 24/7, which is a real plus.

  Place was very clean, owner was was very attentive, and everything worked as advertised. It was also very comfortable and the location was near to shopping mall and wet market.

  Great location. You can walk to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. Quiet and clean. Very safe, plenty of guards. The host was very helpful.
