What really won me over about this four-star place is how it sits in the sweet spot between Manila’s chaos and having actual breathing room. You’re in Pasay, which means you’re close enough to all the action – I mean, you can practically walk to some decent restaurants and the mall scene without dealing with the absolute madness of central Manila traffic. The rooms themselves are surprisingly spacious for what you pay, and I loved that they actually thought about lighting – there are enough lamps and switches that you’re not fumbling around in weird shadows trying to find your stuff. The beds are solid (firm but not rock-hard), and honestly, the air conditioning works like a dream, which is basically non-negotiable in the Philippines.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the little details that show someone was paying attention. The shower has decent water pressure, the wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and there’s actually enough counter space in the bathroom to spread out your toiletries without everything falling into the sink. You know what’s also nice? It’s quiet. I mean, you’ll still hear some city noise because it’s Manila, but the windows do their job and you can actually sleep without earplugs. The neighborhood gets a bit busy during rush hour, but that’s just life here – and honestly, being on Newport Boulevard means you’ve got decent access to grab a taxi or ride-share when you need to venture out. I’d definitely stay here again, especially since you get that solid four-star experience without the premium price tag of the fancy hotel districts.

  Location is near the airport, 6 minutes walk from terminal 3 and don't have to worry about taxi if you can carry your luggage.
  
  What could be improved: It is fairly noisy, the window sound proofing isn't there and therefore you hear all the outside noises, if you are a light sleeper then you will struggle like I did.

  The room was close to the Airport Terminal – if you take the „sky-walk“ from the airport to the other side of the street. The owner was always present via WhatsApp. The room is nice, with a small kitchen and a nice view. Lots of restaurants around.
