  The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The room was a perfect size for two. Being on a high floor, the view was excellent, and all the necessary amenities were provided. We also found the cost performance to be very good.

  I liked the view from the balcony it was decent enough. And also the staff at this residence is very pleasant and accomodating. Close to food and convenience stores.
  
  What could be improved: Upon entering first thing I saw was a roach. The curtain rod constantly fell off the wall. The unit was a bit dated. There were so many homeless and beggars in the neighborhood. Bed was uncomfortable. Balcony was quite small and the railing is loose. These units are tiny as well.
