You’ve got the Quezon Memorial Circle just a short ride away if you need some green space to clear your head, and I actually found myself walking to nearby restaurants more often than I expected – there’s this whole little food scene developing around South Triangle that doesn’t get talked about enough. The MRT isn’t far either, which honestly saves you from so much headache if you’re planning day trips around Metro Manila. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night despite being in such a central area – the 19th floor thing definitely helps with that.

The unit itself feels properly lived-in rather than sterile hotel-room clean, if that makes sense. You get a full kitchen setup that actually works (tested it multiple times), decent Wi-Fi that didn’t drop out on me during video calls, and honestly, the view from up there gives you this nice perspective of the city without being overwhelming. The building amenities are solid too – the pool area becomes this little escape when the Manila heat gets ridiculous, and there’s parking available which, let’s be real, is basically gold in this part of town. I did notice the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours since it’s a mixed-use building with actual residents, but that’s a minor thing. Check-in was straightforward enough, though you might want to coordinate timing since it’s not your typical 24/7 hotel front desk situation. All in all, if you’re looking for something that feels more like a temporary home base than a tourist bubble, and you don’t need someone making your bed every day, this place delivers on that promise without breaking the bank.

  Friendly staff. Quiet building. Clean unit. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Full service laundry across the street. Easy to catch a cab any time of day.
  
  What could be improved: The unit was fine and very clean. My only (very minor) complaint is the overhead lighting in the room felt a bit harsh. A small bedside lamp would have been nice.
