I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Studio Condominium – Short and Long Term Staycation, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after spending some time at this four-star place in Kasara Tower 2, I get why they branded it that way. It really does feel more like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed condo rather than a typical hotel room, which is actually pretty refreshing when you’re in Ugong.

The location on P. E Antonio and Eagle Street is one of those spots that works better than it sounds on paper. You know what I mean – it’s not right in the thick of things, but that’s sort of the point. The 18th floor gives you these surprisingly nice views over Pasig, and honestly, being up that high means you escape most of the street noise that can drive you crazy in other parts of Metro Manila. The building itself feels solid and modern, which matters when you’re dealing with Manila traffic and want a quiet place to decompress. I found myself actually looking forward to coming back each evening, especially during rush hour when the streets below turn into that familiar gridlock chaos.

What really sold me on this place was how they’ve set up the studios – there’s enough space to spread out and actually live a bit, not just crash between sightseeing runs. The kitchenette setup is legit functional (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some simple meals), and the Wi-Fi held up well for work calls, which honestly can be hit or miss in this part of Pasig. The staff seems to understand that people staying here might be in town for weeks rather than just a few nights, so they’re not hovering but they’re helpful when you need something. Check-in was smooth – no drama, no weird deposits or confusing policies. I mean, after dealing with some of the more bureaucratic hotels in Manila, that efficiency was refreshing. The building’s security is pretty tight too, which gives you that peace of mind, especially if you’re not super familiar with the area. It’s the kind of place where you can settle into a routine, grab groceries from nearby spots, and feel like you’re getting a genuine slice of local life rather than being stuck in a tourist bubble.

  The accommodation process was smooth. Kitchenwares and appliances were available for use. There was no issue with electricity, wifi, and water. Wifi was good. AC was functioning well. VALUE FOR MONEY.

  The guards and receptionist are welcoming. Maam Dolly, incharge of the unit, was prompt and accmmdating. Very considerate to our time and preference.

  The location is good and there was pool access! All needed for a good stay.
  
  What could be improved: The door lock is a bit wonky, wish they could have it changed. We almost got anxious about getting locked out due to this. Otherwise, there’s nothing really bad to say!

  It has the necessary kitchenwares except for the microwave. We mostly cook in the unit so we're able to save up money.

  The location was good for us in easy reach of mall and other shops , eating places we felt really secure it was well guarded and the the security men friendly and polite. The apartment was very Good with a view over the city and clean and tidy with lots of space hot water great, wifi tv great. We would stay again
