The kitchenette situation is legit too – I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times because, well, why not? The staff keeps things low-key but they’re on top of everything, and I appreciated that they didn’t hover. Check-in was smooth, parking was straightforward (which, if you know Manila traffic, you know that’s not nothing), and the whole vibe just felt… relaxed. That 9.2 rating makes sense when you experience how the little things actually work here.

What really sold me, though, was stepping out onto that balcony area and realizing how perfectly positioned this place is. You’re close enough to the bay that you can actually see water views from some rooms, but you’re not dealing with the tourist circus that hits other waterfront spots. Pasay gets a bad rap sometimes, but this particular stretch is actually pretty pleasant – especially in the evenings when things cool down and you can hear the city settling in for the night without feeling like you’re in the middle of all the chaos. The building itself stays surprisingly quiet considering you’re in Metro Manila, and I slept better here than I expected. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying in a really nice apartment than a typical hotel room, and you want to be connected to the city without being overwhelmed by it, this spot delivers in ways that surprised me.

  I highly recommend this place. It offers maximum comfort. The place is clean and minimal. Kat is very accommodating as a host.

  The staff at the front desk were rude, when we were checking in they gave us a hard time about my visitors that they were not allowed to visit even after telling them that it was ok with the owner. We stayed in the lobby for a while, waiting for the response from the owner to call the staff. It was very hard to get a hold of the owner because the cell phone she gave me was not working. The only way to get a hold of her was emailed through booking .com on the app. This place doesn't have receptionists. They're receptionist are the security guards that are very rude. Then when we get to our room there's cockroaches in the bathroom. The bedroom was ok. The bed in the sofa was at least clean. The ac and the hot water were working well. I don't think we will stay here again because the staff here are very rude. On our last day here, they gave my brother a hard time, and they wouldn't let him up my room, so I had to go down stairs to get him.

  The condo was just big enough for me. It looks pretty new and clean. The bed was okay, but the sleeping conditions were excellent. Quiet, including a nice working aircon was quiet. Wifi was working well. While booking, the location was a bit confusing, but since a free taxi from the airport was included in the offer, there were no issues with that. Visiting events at SMX (MOA) was a breeze, and I could usually just walk there.

  Central location to everything I wanted. Coffee shop, convenience store, massage parlor and restaurants. Other location were nearby mall of Asia, casinos, airport and others within short commute using Grab taxi. Great location.
  
  What could be improved: Tripping hazard going into the bathroom. Was not expecting the step down. Same when throw garbage in the garbage room. Did not expect a curb right at the door.
